Carol Stroh Stanley

While residing in Grandbrook Memory Care, Grapevine.

Carol was born May 9, 1938 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Clifford and Dorothy Stroh. A graduate of Roosevelt H.S., she left Hawaii in 1957 to attend the University of Iowa. Completing her studies as an X-ray technologist, she accepted employment at the Tucson, Arizona Medical Center. In Tucson, she met her husband of 60 years, Jack. As a military spouse, Carol and family saw the World with assignments in Spain, Japan, and Germany. In the USA; Tucson, Albuquerque, Wichita Falls, Hampton, VA, Oklahoma City with retirement from Carswell. With Jack's assignment to Carswell (1987) Carol became a highly respected Realtor/Broker in NE Tarrant County, primarily with ReMax of Colleyville. Carol was an active member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Hurst, TX., Eastern Star and a past Worthy Advisor for Rainbow. She is a graduate of Midwestern State University. From 2001-2019 Carols favorite times were the 13 cruises she and Jack enjoyed. She is survived by her husband, Jack; son Glenn (Michele) of Celina, TX; daughter, Lara Gonzales (Joseph) of Mojave, CA; grandchildren, Madison (Josh )Tucker, Meridith (Zac) Moore, Jared Odom, and great grandson, Ryan Tucker. A memorial service honoring Carol will be held at St Andrew Lutheran Church; 504 Bedford-Euless Road West in Hurst at 11am on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
