Carl was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Providence, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his parents Norris Williams and Marie Williams, stepfather Lee O’Neil, sister Francis Williams, wife Dee Williams, and daughter Karla Tennyson.
Carl is survived by his wife Marlene Williams, son Todd Williams. Carl also leaves his grandchildren Logan Williams(wife Ashley),Brandi Metts(husband Eric),Sloane Tennyson, Shea Pariah(husband Westley), and Skylar Williams. Great grandchildren: Colt,Cash,River, Reid, Willow, Parker, and Vincent.
Celebration of Life will be November 8, 2024, 10:00 am at The Hills Church Chapel, North Richland Hills Church campus.
Carl was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
