Adrian Figueroa of Keller Texas passed away February 18, 2019 in Dallas. He will always be remembered as a loving son, brother, father, husband and friend. He was born on June 27, 1980 in Austin Texas to Beverley Rogers Figueroa and Robert Adrian Figueroa.
The family moved to the DFW area in 1984. He attended Harwood Terrace Baptist Church with his family and he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and was baptized there as a child and rededicated his life there in his adult years. Adrian was a graduate of Grapevine High and enjoyed working as an Internet Technology Specialist. He was married to the love of his life Marenda Long Saldivar on March 14, 2015 in his parents’ backyard. Adrian enjoyed wood working and made several pieces of furniture for their house, none of which were brown. It was a color he absolutely disliked and refused to have in his wedding. He was a quiet man with a dry sense of humor. He enjoyed technology, watching movies, playing poker, video games and board games with close friends and teaching his son Rian how to play them. . Adrian also enjoyed drawing and was very creative. He could fix almost anything and Preston and Gabi knew that and said he was the best at it. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Adrian is survived by his parents Beverley and Robert, his grandfather Jose Figueroa, his brother Robert Alan (wife Alyse and son Remington), his wife Marenda, their children Gabriella and Preston, his son Rian, daughter Mya Leatherbury and daughter Callie and granddaughter Audrey. He also has aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him terribly. He was preceded in death and welcomed to heaven by his grandmother Maria Figueroa and his grandparents Annette and Berlie Rogers.
Adrian’s visitation will be Friday February 22, 6-8 pm at Bluebonnet Hills in Colleyville. His Funeral and Celebration of Life will be Saturday February 23, 10:00 am at Harwood Terrace Baptist Church, 3420 Brown Trail, Bedford, TX. Interment will immediately follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. In honor of Adrian’s wishes his casket will be closed. Pallbearers are his lifelong friend Allen Baggett, cousin Matthew Greenwood, son-in-law Matthew MacCormack, colleagues Vern Hall, Randy Stevens, Steve Jerard, and friends Alicia Brandon Whistler, and Shelby Brandon Tolar.
The family will have a private lunch following his commitment.
