Lucille Sophia (Miller) Cobb, 90, of College Station entered into rest on October 11, 2010 at Fortress Health & Rehab of Rock Prairie. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Interment will follow at College Station City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.
Mrs. Cobb was born February 7, 1920 in Anderson, Texas the daughter of Lewis and Hannar (Horn) Miller. She was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in College Station. Mrs. Miller retired from Texas A&M after more than 30 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Alfred Miller and her husband Luther Cobb.
Survivors include her son, Billy Mac Miller & his wife Elaine; step-son, John Conrad & his wife Dana; grandchildren, Allison Miller, Whitney Conrad, Craig Miller, and Laurie Yarbrough; three great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
