Kelly was born in Sheridan, Wyoming February 12, 1952 and resided on the Mader ranches in Campbell County until he moved to Littleton, Colorado. He was a long time Campbell County resident, rancher, real estate broker and auctioneer. His passion for the state of Wyoming included; serving in both the House of
Representatives and the Senate from 1982-1991. He worked tirelessly to defend and advocate the interests of the Wyoming coal industry.
He was preceded in death by his parents R.A. Dick and Ena Mader.
He is survived by his wife Nancy of 40 years, their three children, Amy Mader McReynolds (Chris) of Wilsonville, Oregon, Angie Mader Levine (Gary) of Aurora, Colorado, and Ian Mader (Brittany) of College Station, Texas. His delight was in his nine grandchildren.
Funeral service is planned for Friday, July 1st at 2pm at Grace Bible Church (Southwood Campus) in College Station, Texas. Interment will follow at the Memorial Cemetery of College Station and the Aggie Field of Honor.
