Eldon Dale Smith, 72, of Millican, Texas, passed away Wednesday evening April 10, 2013 at his home. No services are planned at this time.
Dale was born June 30, 1940 in Holbrook, Arizona to Doris Malone and Ausborn E. Smith. He served in the United States Army and retired as Facilities Manager for the Jet Propulsion Laboratories.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joanne Smith of Millican; daughter, Holly Smith of San Antonio; two half-brothers, Donald Perry and his wife Cindy, and Monty Perry; and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Richard Smith.
