Peggy J. Miller

Mrs. Peggy Jeanne Miller (Stockton) of East Point, GA passed away July 30, 2016 with her daughter by her side. She was born September 15, 1947 in Dyer, TN, and was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas Selah Stockton and Ellen Jeanne Stevens, and her brothers, Richard Lee Patterson and James D Patterson. She is survived by her husband, Harry N. Miller, daughter, Pamela Jeanne Terry (Mark), son, Harry Douglas Miller (Brittany), step-daughters, Renee Miller and Angie Miller, step-sons, Scott Miller and Allen Miller, granddaughter, Meighan Grace Miller, step-grandson, Brandon Riley Miller, step-granddaughter, Allix Miller, sister, Della Eloise Stockton, and brother, Thomas Flowers.

Peggy was a retired insurance agent, but was most proud of her homemaking role because she absolutely thrived when making others happy and comfortable. She was passionate about many things, but especially loved cooking and gardening. She was full of love and humor, and was never without a smile. She will be missed dearly by everyone blessed enough to know her.

Baker Earwood will lead the service to be held at 2pm Wednesday, August 3 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 5755 Mallory Rd., College Park, GA. Visitation times at the funeral home are 6-8pm Tuesday, August 2 and 12-2pm Wednesday, August 3. Interment will be held after service at Crest Lawn Memorial Park 2000 Marietta Blvd., NW, Atlanta.
