Kiel Andre' Wilson

He transitioned from his earthly home on May 2, 2024. He was preceded in death by his

grandmothers: Idella Marie Wilson and Bertha Mae Heard; grandfathers: Charlie A. Hurt and

Joe Frank Heard; Aunt: Rosa L. Johnson; Uncles: William Heard, and Harold L. Heard.

Kiel graduated from Centennial High School in May 2003. He attended Fort Valley State

University and Columbus State University. He received his Bachelor’s in Business

Administration at Columbus State University. Kiel previously served as the Senior HR

representative with Alight Solutions in Atlanta, GA; He was employed with McCoy Properties as

a Realtor. He is a member of Theta Zeta chapter of Phi Beta Sigma; initiated in 2006 at

Columbus State University. Kiel was an active member of the graduate chapter Xi CHI Sigma.

He loved spending time with family, reading, playing basketball, attending art shows, hiking, trail

runs, running races and being outdoors. As a child he loved spending his summers on St.

Simons Island with his loving grandmother and aunts and uncles.

As a young man, Kiel attended Headland Heights United Methodist Church and later became an

active member at Ben Hill United Methodist Church.

Kiel will forever live in the memory of his mother, Pamela Wilson of Atlanta, GA; father,

Jerry(Bernadette) Heard of Dacula, GA; brothers, Eric Heard of Augusta, Ga; James (Dontra)

Heard of Aiken, South Carolina; sister Natalie (Edward) Coon of Carnesville, GA; Aunts: Daveda

Wilson of Huntsville, Alabama, Anton (Kadedra) Wilson of Brunswick, GA, Darius Kirksey of
