William Thomas Brophy, age 88, of Cocoa, FL, passed away on June 25, 2013. He was born July 17, 1924 in Yonkers, NY.
A graduate of Columbia University, he served in the US Navy during WWll. During his career as an electrical engineer, he worked for Western Union and ITT, traveling extensively all over the world.
William is survived by Beatrice, his wife of 64 years; his daughter, Cindy LaRussa; six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Diane Ricard.He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
