Shirley Mallett Fichtl

She is survived by her husband Karl Fichtl, her three daughters and their families Laura Philbrick married to Christopher Philbrick and their son Hudson Philbrick, Clarissa Flinchum and husband Matthew Flinchum and their expected baby, and Kayla McKinney and husband Michael McKinney. Sister Susan Bowling married to Richard Bowling and nieces Jennifer and Rachael Bowling.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Tish and James Mallett.

Shirley was a creative floral designer and worked in the field for over two decades. Her love of flowers showed in her yard and home with her stunning décor and landscaping. Shirley loved traveling with her family, enjoying several Disney vacations, trips to her childhood home of Bright Indiana, and traveling thought Utah, California, Montana, and Nevada on her honeymoon with Karl.

Karl and Shirley were married on September 20th, 1987, and have created a beautiful and loving home for their family.

Shirley will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends; her memory will forever be cherished by her loved ones.
