Polly, as she was called, grew up with her 4 siblings in a simple country way with a lot of love and joy in her life as a young woman. She married Bill Adams and moved to Cocoa, Florida. Pauline was a cheerful hardworking person that opened a friendly heart to fellow employees and customers alike. She enjoyed several jobs including Scotties hardware, Woolworth's and Cass-Walker Groceries Store. She was a short order cook, a lunch counter manager, sales clerk, a sales checkout employee and also a customer resource lady in the paint department.
Pauline was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and would watch the games anytime they were on tv - she would stay up into the early hours just to watch the Braves play and introduced her grandsons John and Greg to Braves baseball. She enjoyed Sunday car rides, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She was a Southern Baptist and attended church at First Baptist Church, King Street Baptist Church.
Pauline was a proficient sales clerk for the companies that she worked for, a very gifted country cook and a loving wife and great mother to her family. She was a faithful follower of Christ and read her bible daily all throughout her life and found comfort in the work of God. Three words that sum up the life of Pauline: Sweet, Kind and Loving.
