Born in Packard, Whitley Co., Kentucky, Mrs. Callon moved to Longwood, FL to live with her parents, Earl and Mary Duncan and two brothers, Clyde and Claude.
Martha worked for Bell South and Brevard Public Schools which she was so proud to have retired from the same school she started from (Oak Park, Madison, Astronaut and then County Finance and Back to Oak Park). She was of the Baptist Faith. She was most passionate about her family and an active member of the stock car racing family, with cars built and owned still racing today. She was a valued member, mentor, and friend to those within the racing community.
Martha was met in Heaven by her husband Gineth Lee Callon, and her parents, Earl Duncan and Mary Ellen Faulkner Duncan; brothers Clyde Duncan (Jewel), and Claude Duncan (Eloise), as well as several loved ones and friends.
She is survived by her daughter Sharrell Diann Byrne-Sellers and son, Nelson Edward Callon (Christina), and grandchildren, Eileen Rebecca Grigson (Kyle), Andrew Lee Byrne, MaryEllen Annette Aguilar (Rolan) and Ronald Harvey Sellers, Jr., great-grand children, and blessed with many extended family members and friends.
A heartfelt thanks to the caregivers of Parrish Home Health of Titusville for the compassionate care they provided to Mrs. Callon and a Special Thank You to Aging Matters/Meals on Wheels for always having “Eyes on Weekly”. Family will receive friends from 6 – 8pm Monday, August 12, 2019 Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 N.U.S.1, Cocoa, FL 32927 with Services on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Bethel Baptist Church, 1950 Michigan Ave, Cocoa, FL 32922, 321/636-0865 at 11:30am followed by procession to Mrs. Callon’s interment at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, FL
