Marge, Mom, Nan & great Nan will be lovingly remembered as dear mother to Chris (Cheryl), Karen, Colleen Collins (Rick), Heather Freeman (Matt) and beloved nan to Tom, Daniel, Audrey, Brad, Nicole, Rachael, Eva, Adam, and Amanda as well as great-grand nan to Micah, Jesse and Martin.
Marge was born in London, England on January 11, 1934. She survived the London bombings and was evacuated from her family at the age of 5 from (1939-1944). She met the love of her life in 1952, Air Force Sergeant Hal Flanagan, married and moved to the United States in 1953.
Marge worked in electronics assembly and the hospitality industry for several years. She mostly enjoyed being surrounded and caring for her family and friends. She was an engaging bright light with whomever she shared her life with, including many volunteer activities. She was a beautiful inspiration to many with her ever-present smile and loving spirit. Marge was well-known for her amazing cooking and baking creations, exceptional seamstress skills, her faith, her strong will and work ethic. She will be deeply missed by our family and her friends.
A funeral mass for Marge, will be held Friday May 31, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 203 Ojibway Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780 followed by a spousal interment at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US 1, Mims, Florida.
