Charles Johnson, 90, of Cocoa, passed away peacefully at Viera Hospital on October 21,2022. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Eddilene, daughters Karen Lagemann (Jeff) and Barbara Bressner, son Charles Johnson(Wendi), grandchildren Jennifer, Kevin, Sydney, Makayla, Chandler, and Tucker, two great-grandchildren Alejandro and Elizabeth.
Charles served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. After his honorable discharge, he attended the University of Florida. Upon completing his degree, he worked for the State of Florida until his retirement at age 65.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of life will be held for Charles with his family and close friends during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
