She was born to the late Herbert and Margaret Wyman, May 17, 1932 in Walpole, New Hampshire. She spent her youth living in New England. Beverley and Myron were married on February 10, 1951 in Smithfield, New York. Beverley moved to Brevard County in 1967, living in Rockledge for 6 months before relocating to Cocoa Beach, where she lived 17 years. She moved to Port St John in 1984 where she lived until March of this year when she went to Courtney Springs Nursing Home.
Beverley is survived by her husband Myron Musselman, and 4 of her 5 children – Gary Musselman (Catherine) of Port St John, Nancy Whisenhant (Kevin) of DeLand, Bruce Musselman (Elsie) of Port St John and Joyce Abbey of Cape Canaveral. Her eldest son, Jay Musselman, of Omro Wisconsin passed away in 2009. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and her brother Ed Wyman of Titusville.
Beverley was an accomplished entrepreneur, co-owning and working in multiple small businesses in Cocoa Beach. During her retirement years, Beverley and Myron travelled throughout the United States and Europe as well as taking multiple cruises in the Caribbean and Europe, highlighted with a trans-Atlantic cruise. Beverley was active in the community as a member and past President of the Cape Canaveral Hospital Auxiliary, in her later years the Space Coast Cloggers, a part of the Daughters of the Nile and Lady Shriners, a 70 year member of the Eastern Star and a 50 plus year member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Cocoa Beach.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 N. Highway 1, Cocoa, Fl 32927. Viewing will be from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with a service to follow. Due to the on-going pandemic, all attendees are requested to wear a facial mask for the viewing and service.
