I remember 1980 fleckinger refuge. All you're in charge of all the containers . We welded butts off for Lawrence fleckinger.. as Time took its course management for Western ways I guess later waste Management realized what kind of person they had and you are exceptional.. I remember 18 years old you and Gary supervisors for I believe Western waste took me to be with you guys and you guys bought me a beer and I should not have had a beer and we had to split a piece of concrete in half and I was the one with the brains.rehired me back ...miss you!!!

Al hired me to work at Waste Mgmt. He was highly thought of as a good man. His sense of humor was delightful! He was so kind, caring, helpful to me as a dad! I worked in the shop where eventually David became my boss. My husband and I both worked there. I was there for 16 yrs and truly loved my job! Thank you Al for hiring me and making coming into work every day a wonderful place to work! My condolences to the family. Love and hugs! RIP to one of the sweetest and kindess gentleman I had the privilege to know and work with!
