Shane was born April 26, 1996, in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands. He attended St. Croix Central High School where he participated in JROTC for 4 years. After graduation, he joined the US Army as an MP. During his military career, he acquired the Rank of US Army Specialist. Shane is very proud to be a part of the US Military and was set to deploy in January 2018. He was planning to pursue a career in process operations. Shane worked for PCL in Sweeney, Texas Philips 66 and Freeport Dow Poly 5. He loved to write and record music with his brothers Jose, Jonathan and his best friend Soyo. He also enjoyed making music videos with Soyo and his brother Jonathan composed the background music. He has thousands of followers on Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook for his daily life and music video’s. Shane’s outgoing, humble and ambitious personality had a great impact on everyone’s life and he is a role model for many. He is mature for his age and it was reflected in his conflict resolution. He enjoyed working out, playing basketball, driving sport cars and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his mother Erika Payano Gomez, of Freeport, Texas; father Gladwin Francis of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands; siblings Jose Bultes, Jonathan Bultes, Kevin Bultes, Hanna Bultes, Corie Francis-Vigier, Marlon Francis, Tamika Francis, Wendy Francis, Jordan Bedminister, Soyica A. Jarvis, grandparents; Carmen Gomez and Guillermo Payano. Extended family members in the Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Antigua, St Thomas, Florida, New York and Texas.
Shane will receive full Military Honors for his service in the US Army
The Family will receive friends and family after the ceremony from 2pm to 4pm at 223 North Avenue D Freeport Texas.
