Neal was born on January 20, 1960 in Beaumont, Texas, to Turner and Ouida Stallings.
Neal worked as a financial adviser and banker at AIG, and IBC for over 20 years.
Neal is survived by his wife Guadalupe Stallings; son Ryne Stallings; daughter Paige Biersdorfer; brothers, Jerry and Kevin Stallings.
The Memorial Service will be held at Restwood Funeral Home on December 2, 2016 at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Shriners Hospital in Houston, Texas.
