Mary Ann “Pam” Allman, of Clute, Texas, was born October 16, 1928 in Pearl River, Louisiana to Cecil Mae (Walker) and E. F. Porter and died May 6, 2013 in Clute, Texas at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 20 days. Mary was of the Baptist faith and served the Willow Drive Baptist Church for over 40 years. She enjoyed crocheting, doing crafts, working jigsaw puzzles and playing Yahtzee! She always had a smile for everybody! Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Allman; daughter, Patricia “Patsy” Edge; brother, Louis Porter and a sister, Ellen Dunaway. She is survived by sons, Lawrence “Larry” Perkins of Clute, Texas, Tom Allman and his wife Suzan of Galveston, Texas; daughters, Connie Beyer and her husband Edgar of Danevang, Texas, Cecile Grams and her husband James of West Columbia, Texas; brother, Charles R. Porter and his wife Carole of Kingwood, Texas; sister, Betty Crouch and her husband Henry of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; grandchildren, Bradley Edge and his wife Melissa, Felicia Clark and her husband Justin, Billy Grams and his wife Amy, Tammy Thomas and her husband David, John Prescott and his wife Michelle; great grandchildren, Braden Edge, Ryland Edge, Zachary Clark, Kyra Edge, Noah Fanning, Logan Fanning, Kennedi Grams, Chase Thomas, Lauren Thomas, Katelyn Thomas, Nathan Prescott, Nick Prescott, Cassandra Prescott, Alex Prescott, Cayden Prescott; great great grandchildren, Ashton and Colten and several nieces and nephews.
