Manuel Alonso Romero

Manuel Alonso Romero, 64, of Clute TX passed away on March 26th 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Manny was born on June 5th 1950 to parents Alfredo Flamenco & Aura Romero in El Salvador. Manny married Maria Valencia on April 21st in Angleton TX.

Manny was a man who loved his music (especially tropical and classic rock); he loved to cook (and eat), he loved his dogs and most of all he loved his family.

Manny is preceded in death by his parents.

Manuel A. Romero leaves behind his wife, Maria; his sons Jason and Christopher (both of Chicago), and son and daughter Jason Uriel and daughter Layla Romero; 2 grandchildren; 3 sisters and 2 brothers, and many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you is offered to Dr. Falcon and his professional staff for all their many efforts, and to Helping Hands And Hearts Hospice for the care they administered.

Visitation will be held from 3pm to 8pm on Monday March 30th 2015 at Restwood Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held starting at 10:30am in St. Jerome’s Catholic Church on Tuesday March 31st.

Manuel Alonso Romero will be laid to rest in Restwood Memorial Park.
