Diana Mendiola Sanchez, 45, of Clute Texas, has passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on June 11th, 2020. Diana was born to Janie Aguilar and Frank Mendiola on August 27, 1975 in Galveston Texas. She married Jose Sanchez in Lake Jackson Texas.
Diana was very special person to many people. She was also selfless person; who would put everyone's needs and wants ahead of her own. She was a strong, hard working woman, and a fighter; who would not let anything get her down. She also had a big and caring heart. She enjoyed caring for her family, friends, and her client families. Diana also loved to laugh, tell jokes, sing, and dance. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, friends, and also enjoyed baking. Diana also enjoyed taking long rides in her Camaro and Mustang; while listening to music. She loved shopping, especially for cheetah print clothes and red lipstick. She also loved her Whataburger. She was a great wife and mother; who will be deeply missed.

Diana is survived by husband, Jose Sanchez; sons, Nicolas Narvaez, Marcos Narvaez, Jesse Gil; daughters, Anastasia Gil and Yesenia Sanchez; grandsons, Reyes Rios, Jr., Octavio Rios, Jovani Rios, Marcos Sanchez, Issac Gil; granddaughters, Aniyah Maldonado and Aaliyah Gil; parents, Janie Mendiola and Frank Mendiola. She is further survived by 3 sisters, 1 brother, and numerous other family members and friends.
Serving as pallbearers are Frank Mendiola, Nicolas Narvaez, Marcos Narvaez, Jesse Gil, Jose Corona, and Alex Corona. Honorary pallbearers are Reyes Rios, Jr., Octavio Rios, and Jovani Rios.
A visitation will be held at Restwood Funeral Home in Clute, Texas on Friday, June 19, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Primera Iglesia Bautista in Clute, Texas on Saturday, June 20, 2020 starting at 10 a.m. Burial services will be held at Restwood Memorial Park immediately following the Celebration of Life service.
