Virginia is survived by; son Melvin G Mills; son Marshall H. Mills; daughter-in-law Diana Mills; and daughter Marilyn Y. Mills; grandchild Sean Mills, grandchild Derek Mills, grandchild Benjamin Mills, great grandchild Kaleb Mills, great grandchild Jacob Mills, great grandchild Nora Mills and great grandchild Micah Mills.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Duette A. Mills.

A Visitation for Virginia will be held Friday, October 4, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.

A Church Service will occur Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Methodist Church, 2435 North Thesta Street, Fresno, California.

A Committal Service will occur Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Mountain View Cemetery, 1411 West Belmont, Fresno, California.

Serving as pallbearers are Sean Mills, Kaleb Mills, Derek Mills, Jim Stahl, Ben Mills and Rick Herman.
