Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather, Age 75, of Clovis California passed away on Wednesday August 24th, 2022. Born on September 19th of 1946 in Fresno CA. Preceded in death by his Father, Edgar L. Greene of Sacramento California and Mother, Clara Elsa Tienken of San Francisco California.
Robert worked for 34 years for the county in the public works and land development department. After retirement he worked in the private sector and was a freelance land surveyor and a member of the California Land Surveyors Association.
Robert was a perfectionist in everything he did. He had a Passion for camping, fishing, cooking, ceramics and was a wonderful painter and artist. He had a great love for sharing these things with his children and grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his current wife Shirley Greene, his Daughters Denise Williams, Candice Smith, his Sons Kenneth Canova, and Mark Canova. His Grandchildren Matthew, Ashley, Alexis, Eric, Ashley, Devin, Tyler, Braedon, Cody, Kaylee, and Kayleigh. His brother William “Bill” Greene, his wife Cora, and their children. As well as Seven Great Grandchildren.
Though his presence will be greatly missed the grand memories he created will forever live in our hearts and minds.
A Celebration of life for Robert "Bob" will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 4620 East Nees Avenue, Clovis, California 93611.
