Jess R Garcia, age 81, of Clovis, California passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024.

Jess worked for Parks and Recreation, for the City of Orange for 32 years. He will be missed by all those who knew him

Jess is survived by his wife, Sally Garcia; his sons Greg Garcia, David Garcia and Richard Garcia; his sisters Margaret Marquez, Mary Pereida, Lucy Sharp, Linda Kemmer, his brother John Garcia and his grandchildren Adam Garcia, Thomas Garcia, Samuel Garcia and one great grandchild April Garcia.
