Jeff was a loving son, Father, brother, cousin, uncle and friend to many. Jeff was the type of person who would know you for 5 minutes yet treated you as if he'd known you all his life. Jeff was a person who if you needed anything and he had it then it was yours even if he needed it himself.
Jeff was super creative and was always busy working with his beads and made many other mementos to give to family and friends. This was something Jeff loved to do and to him it was giving friends and family a piece of him.
Jeff enjoyed making Candy and baking in the kitchen. He also enjoyed doing this at Christmas time so he could share with his friends and family.
Many of you who knew Jeff understand this - Jeff could take any plant, tree, or flower and make it prosper and bloom like no one else could do. Jeff had a green thumb for sure. He always had plants and flowers growing all around and in his house.
Jeff always loved to laugh and have a great time with his friends and family. Jeff was always the life of the party.
Jeff is survived by his mother Lena Turner of Fresno, and his son William (Billy) Mcphederain of Fresno.
