Jay Cecil Diaz

Jay is survived by his wife of 53 years, Myrna Diaz of Clovis, CA; his daughter Janelle Hearne (Kevin) of Central Point, OR and their children Jacob Hearne of Visalia, CA, Joshua Hearne (Bethany) of Cedarville, OH, Josiah Hearne and Jacen Hearne Central Point, OR; daughter Melinda Marcus (Taylor) of Huntington Beach, CA and their children Owen Marcus (Gracie) of Goleta, CA, Cole Marcus, Ella Marcus, Kate Marcus and Lucy Marcus all of Huntington Beach, CA; son Donovan Diaz (Kristina) of Clovis, CA and their children Ian Diaz, Ava Diaz, and Van Diaz of Clovis, CA ; Nicholas Diaz (Jetta) of Madera, CA and their daughter Ellie Diaz; his sisters Rebecca Carpio of Pueblo, CO, Rita Janeke (Paul) of Golden, CO, Terri Grimes (Stan) of Ft. Morgan, CO, his brother Gary Diaz (Bev) of Broken Arrow, OK and his sister Janice Diaz of Pueblo, CO, uncles Joe Diaz and Richard Diaz and aunt Irene Carillo. Jay is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jay was preceded in death by his daughter Cindy Renee Diaz; his father Joaquin Cecil Diaz and his mother Cordelia (Valerio) Diaz.

A a celebration of life for Jay will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Community Church, 12168 N Willow Avenue, Clovis, CA 93619.
