Frank attended University of Illinois graduating with a Bachelor of Science where he played football. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Bliss, El Paso Texas.
He worked as an Independent Certified Safety Engineer which allowed him to travel throughout the world.
He enjoyed writing, antiques, vintage cars, watching any kid of sports and old movies into the wee hours of the night. He cherished his dog Buddy until his passing and was lucky enough to adopt Curly. Cigars were a staple throughout his life; and he always had one to share.
Frank is survived by his children and spouses Frank Cecil Hill, III (Faye) of Whittier; Michael Hill of Woodland Hills; Valerie Pieroni (Gerald) Clovis; Marshall Hill,of Providence RI; Martin Hill of Lodi; and Laura Hill of La Jolla. His grandchildren Jennifer Hill-Bratt, Gregory Hill, Troy Hill, Vanessa Medlock, Robert Pieroni, Amanda Hill, Chris Padhi, Tara Padhi and several great-grandchildren..
The family wishes to thank Janette Aquino and her husband Louie who cared for him throughout many illnesses, surgeries, and travels.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Cecil Hill, Sr., Helene Hill and brother Robert Hill.
