Daniel Ray Settle

On February 15, 2022 a joyous celebration occurred at the gates of Heaven when the youngest of our family, Danny (Dan) Ray Settle was greeted and lovingly embraced by his beloved Dad Marion H. Settle and oldest brother Marion H. Settle, Jr.

Daniel Ray Settle, age 54, Daniel was born November 28, 1967 to Doris L. Settle and Marion H. Settle, Sr..

Meanwhile, until we meet again he leaves behind a grieving family, his wife, Mary Jane N. Settle; his son Wyatt R. Settle; his mother Doris L. Settle; his brother Michael Settle, his brother Leo D Phillips, his sister Janell F. (Settle) Coberly and his sister Flora M. (Settle) Trout.

We all knew he was meant to be a daddy because of his love of being Uncle Danny to his nieces and nephews. He has many cousins, extended family, and friends that will miss him terribly. Pittsburgh Steelers have lost one of their biggest most diehard fans ever.

Danny was a big dude with a huge heart for animals, especially his beloved dog Pismo and cat Butkus. These two loves far outlived what anyone could imagine...that was their love for him. He made his wishes clear that when his time came he wanted Pismo and Butkus with him.

With regards to his love for animals we ask that in lieu of flowers, remembrances be made in Daniel's memory to a NO KILL cat and/or dog shelter of your choice.

A Visitation for Daniel will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
