Beloved husband of Mary. Dear father to Gwen (William) Coffie. Grandfather to Colleen (Joseph) Gennero, Robert (Carrie) Coffie, Patrick (Sara) Coffie. Great-grandfather to Jordan Formiller, Lindsey Formiller, Madison Coffie, Laura Coffie, Olivia Coffie, Abagail Coffie and William Coffie.
William was a retiree of Ford Motor Company and a WWII veteran. He spent his time as an amateur photographer, was a charter member of Bethany Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening and boating.
Funeral Friday, August 30, 2013 at 10am. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 4pm to 9pm at Kaul Funeral Home 35201 Garfield, Clinton Township, MIchigan.
Donations made to Bethany Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
