He was a quiet and shy kind of person, but he really cared for those who knew him well and were close with him. Growing up in a military family, Randy lived many places over his childhood, but considered Michigan his home. He adopted Detroit sports teams as his hometown teams, particularly loved the Detroit Lions, and was excited for their winning luck in their current season. Randy enjoyed time spent with his family, playing video games with his kids or watching his favorite sitcoms with his family. He will be deeply missed.
