Michael J. Serino, age 90, was born Oct 6, 1932 in Pittston, PA and died Jan 14, 2023 at Beaumont Hospital. He was a resident of Roseville and Warren for many years. He was predeceased by his parents Enrico and Costantina (Henry and Anna), and his siblings: Beatrice (Albert) Kurt, Ann (Jack) Redding, Stanley (Helen), Rosetta (Jerry) Hogan, and his twin, Anthony (Loretta).
Michael attended business school in Pennsylvania and worked as a bookkeeper before moving to Michigan and when he first arrived in Michigan. He eventually went to work at the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier and retired after 26 years. He was a proud member of NALC, Branch 1.
Michael and his twin brother, Tony, were life time New York Yankee fans. He was also a car buff, keeping current on the new trends. He enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. Michael and Tony enjoyed meeting every day for breakfast.
Visitation for Michael will take place on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 10:30 am at St Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Road in Sterling Heights, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. His final resting place will be at Resurrection Cemetery near his twin brother, Tony.
