Joseph G. Haddad

Joseph George Haddad passed away on August 10, 2012 in Clinton Township, MI. He was born October 15, 1938 in Kingsville Ontario Canada. Beloved husband of Esther (nee Rais) married for over 48 years. Loving father of Denise (Dave) Hirschmann and Charlene (Joseph) Abbate. Dear Gido to Jeffery Hirschmann, Kenneth Hirschmann, Jaclyn Hirschmann, Jessica Abbate, and Mason Abbate. Dear brother of Dennis (Jeanette) Haddad and brother in law of Josie Haddad. Joseph was predeceased by his parents George and Antoinette and his brother Ron Haddad. “Joe the book” was affectionately known to his peers at Southfield Lathrup High school for 25 years and taught in the Southfield school district for 32 years. He retired in 1993, he loved to listen to Jazz music and play his bongos. Visitation will be Sunday August 26 2012 from 3-9pm with a scripture service at 7pm at Resurrection Funeral Home 40800 Hayes Rd. Clinton Twp., MI 48038. In state August 27, 2012 from 9:30am until the time of mass at 10am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church 44633 Utica Rd. Utica MI 48317.
