John H. Novak, age 68 passed away at home on November 23, 2015. Survived by wife and soul mate Rosalie. Beloved father of Andrea (Jeff) Kosal, John (Shannon), Nicholas (Hilarie) and beloved grandfather of Sarah, Jeffrey (Amy) Kosal, John, Ashley, Nicholas and Ryan Novak. A memorial mass in John's honor will be held at a later date.
