I am so sorry to hear of this large family's loss. Jane and I had a lot of time sloshing around the Lifetime pool and discussing life and kids.  I told her I wish I had known her back when we were raising families (mine only 5) but I know how good her invaluable advice would have been.  God bless her and her Family.

What a wonderful woman she was! But everyone knows that.  My sympathy and prayers go out to her family who I admire for being there often. She remarked you guys were always up to something fussing over her.  I was there to help her and she made me feel good she was so kind.  I loved her for the short time I knew her.  I miss her. My sympathies to all of Jane's family at this time of great loss; I worked with Jane at the health department for several years;  she was such a lovely person, great nurse, and fun to be with;  I will always remember her; she touched my life and so many lives with her love and caring; she will be greatly missed

I had the pleasure of working with Jane as a nurse in 1984 and beyond at Macomb County Heslth Department. Jane, with her background of raising 8 children was a natural in public health. Jane was an awesome nurse with all her people. Jane's sense of humor and laugh will be remembered by all her coworkers. Jane was a great woman who will be missed.  Jane's Irish eyes are smiling down on all of us from heaven. God bless you Jane. I will miss you!

What can I say about a lady who raised 8 wonderful kids and numerous amounts of fosters. Be it at work or in the neighborhood, she was always there with a warm yet stern smile.  My family grew up with Jane, (Mrs. Murray to me) and she was someone we all looked up to and revered.  I am saddened for anyone that didn't have the fortunate chance to know this remarkable woman, but my heart aches for her beautiful family and her multitude of friends, for the void that has been created by her passing.  To that I say, there is no 'void', she is now just one more spirit that surrounds us in a different, more ephemeral, way than before. Find comfort in her spirit continuing on and that she was a person who would hate all this fuss publicly, but privately she'd eat it up. Goodbye for now Mrs Murray... you were one classy dame.

We are so saddened to hear of Grandma's passing. She was one tough lady! Hold on the the love and memeories.

Jane was an incredible person and a wonderful nurse. She was such a joy to be around. I have wonderful, fond memories of the Murray family on Linne too! However, I will always be eternally grateful that Jane took care of my dear mother at the end of her terminal illness. Her kindness and compassion meant so much to me.

Jane Murray worked at the L'Anse Creuse E.V. Lobbestael Elementary School for several years as a Macomb County Health Department Nurse assigned to provide health services to our students and faculty.  Visiting on a monthly basis, she was a  knowledgeable, and kindly, practitioner who worked well with our students, teachers, and parents.  Jane was always optimistic and kindly--even during school bouts with the dreaded pediculosis.  She always kept her equalibrium and calm demeanor, assisting us through the dreaded bouts with nits, and more!  Nurse Murray was a treasure to our teachers, students, parents, and principal. Thank you, Jane.  We remember you fondly.  We enjoyed, also, visiting with you and husband, Robert, at Sunday breakfasts following our mutual retirements.    James Cambridge, former principal.

I had the pleasure of knowing Jane as a neighbor on Linne Dr. as we were growing up. She was a beautiful person. I grew up with her children. She was a great mother, wife, and grand-mother. She was also a good nurse. She will be missed by many. R.I.P. Mrs. Jane Murray.
