Helen Theresa (Pirone) Nosakowski, 94, of Sterling Heights, Michigan (formerly of Roseville, Michigan), passed away on December 5, 2024. She was born on October 16, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan, to Mary and Andy Pirone. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who touched everyone she met with her smile and laughter.
She is survived by her children, Mark (Karen) Nosakowski, Brian (Kim) Nosakowski, Karen (Edward) Nosakowski, and Neil (Tammie) Nosakowski; her grandchildren, Kortney (Julien), Brett (Stephanie), Mason, Evan, Jack, and Grace; her great-grandchild Lucy; and her cherished grand-dogs, Marty, Beau, Hudson, Cooper, and Kalea. Helen is also remembered by her nieces and nephews, Marianne, Paul, Cheryl, David, and Kathy, as well as her close friend, Dot. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald, and her sisters, Marion and Grace.
Helen enjoyed life and was a source of laughter and happiness for all those she met. Whether she was crafting, enjoying a meal, or playing bingo (which she humorously disliked most of her life), her last several years were joyful and healthy. She wouldn't want anyone to be sad or disappointed that she is no longer with us; instead, she would encourage everyone to spend time acknowledging their friends and family and to cherish every moment together.
The family will greet guests from 3:00pm until 8:00pm with a 7:00pm funeral service on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., Michigan. Committal services will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Christian Memorial Gardens West, 521 E Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
