Helen Hunt, age 92, of Utica, Michigan passed away on December 11, 2023, just days before her 93rd birthday. She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late George A. Hunt; Loving mother of Patricia (Terry) Barthlow and Nancy (Frank) Gysel; Cherished grandmother of Derek Kaminski, Taryn (Brian) Mull, Sarah (Fred) Belonge, Taylor (Nicole) Barthlow, Matthew Gysel; and treasured great-grandmother of Isabella Mull, Hunter Barthlow and Hope Belonge.
Helen enjoyed chatting with family, friends and neighbors and the social atmosphere that came with it. She loved to have her family over, especially the grandchildren, to cook for them or entertain for the holidays. Helen also loved to travel with her husband, George. They enjoyed cruises and wintering in Florida, relaxing with reading magazines and word searches. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 11 AM, until the time of funeral service at 2 PM, at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
