Frank Paul Phillips, of Clinton Township, passed away on December 14, 2018 at the age of 59. Beloved son of the late Charles and Frances. Loving brother of Alice Esper and Charles III (Marie); proud uncle of two nephews and two great-nephews and three great- nieces. Predeceased by his sister, Mary Esper. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4pm-8pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., MI. In state on Wednesday at 10:30am until time of funeral mass at 11am at St. Pio Parish, 18720 13 Mile Rd. Roseville.
