Donald W. Hoeppner of Clinton Township, MI, born to Charles and Marie Hoeppner, September 4, 1930 died from complications of COVID-19 December 8, 2020.
Donald was a US Army veteran who served in the Korean War. He retired from AT&T. He was an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Donald touched many peoples lives through his kind and thoughtful ways.
Donald was predeceased by his loving wife of 66 years, Mildred and son Donn who one week prior passed away at the age of 63. He is survived by son Dale, brother Charles (Naomi), granddaughters Stacey, Kim (Gabe) Siles, Lisa (Doug )Klein, daughter-in-law Cindy and great granddaughter Bailey Gerald. He is also survive by nieces Diane Biggs, Jane (Bob) Heekin and nephews Dan (Pam)Hoeppner, Jay (Christie) Bruns and Kim (Sandy) Bruns.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Donald's honor to the American Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's Association.
