Danny Ray Moore, age 74, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, passed away on the evening of December 1, 2022, with his loving family by his side. He is the beloved husband of Mary Moore; Loving father and step-father of Christopher Moore, Amy Kaszubski, and James Orlow (Maria); Treasured grandfather of Cameron Moore, Caitlyn Moore, Abbey Kaszubski and Kaylee Kaszubski; Dearest brother of Lana Wells (Bill), Brenda Krause, and David Moore (Heather); Dearest brother-in-law of Patricia Gale Moore, Michael Palazzola (Susan), Jacqueline Saad (Joseph), and Charles Palazzola (Sharon); Danny was also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pearl Moore, and brothers Ronald Moore and Gloucester Moore.
Danny was born on December 11, 1947 in Lando, West Virginia. He enjoyed many things in his life. Danny was a fan of old cars, so much that he was part of the “No Name Car Club.” Many viewed him as a smart man who enjoyed reading, history, taking photos, tinkering with technology, traveling with his wife, and eating southern food. He worked a lifetime career in logistics, eventually retiring from General Motors. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on December 10, 2022 at Victory Church, 42850 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
