Ann Wallace (Kelly) Hewson, 91 years young, passed away suddenly December 26, 2021. She was born September 16, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan. She resided in Vero Beach, Florida and St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Donald H. Hewson (August 11, 2005), parents, siblings and many other family and friends. She is survived by her children, James Hewson (Diane), Laura Stephens, Sandy Farris (John) and Mark Hewson (Mary), 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great -great-granddaughters. She was very proud of her loving family.
Ann was an avid golfer, golfing 18 holes just two weeks ago, she loved playing bocce ball, bingo and bridge. She loved to travel and she never said no to a family adventure. She was a lover of hugs, she loved to give them and get them. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
A visitation for Ann will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038. An instate will occur Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 48115 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 48115 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315.
