Andrew David Booth, age 46, passed away October 1, 2015. He was born June 24, 1969. Loving son of Terry and Jill Booth. Dearest brother to Brian (Suzanne) Booth. Loving uncle of Matthew and Nathan Booth. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
