Abe Rahhal was born in Detroit on April 5, 1931 to Gabriel and Mariam (Farhat) Rahhal. He was married to Josephine (Rice) Rahhal and later married Catherine (Wike) Rahhal. He was predeceased by both.
Abe worked for over 30 years in Automotive Sales and was recognized as one of top salesmen in the Auto Industry. He enjoyed playing the piano and chess, golfing, billiards and drawing cartoon animations and 3-D art. Abe also loved to travel and visited Mexico, Spain, Bermuda, Acapulco, and Morocco.
Abe was devout Catholic and was a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church. Abe was a kind, loving soul who enjoyed spending time with his devoted family and loving friends. He loved a good joke and always made time to help others.
Abraham is survived by his children Kathy, Michael, Louie, and Carol (Frank) and predeceased by his daughters Christy (Jim), Dana and grandson, Jamie. He is survived by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren and loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Visitation will take place on Friday, July 13,th from 3 pm until 8 pm, with a Rosary at 7 pm at Resurrection Funeral Home , 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038. The funeral mass will Saturday, July 14 at 10 am at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 48115 Schoenherr Rd., Shelby Township, MI 48315.
