Richard Lee Ruff “Uncle Dickie” was born on March 4th, 1945, in Bridgeport, CT. He passed away March 23, 2024. Son of Kenneth and Irene (McDowell) Ruff. He leaves behind a sister Jean Stone, daughter Heather Kozak, Son Jason Ruff, and 5 grandchildren who will forever carry his memory with them.
