I worked with Luc a few years ago, and to this day, he has a lasting effect on me and everyone lucky enough to come across him. So warm, so bright, so positive. Totally floored and completely saddened to hear of his passing.  

May he rest in peace, and may his family find some measure of peace and solace in knowing that they raised a truly sincere and wonderful person.

I will always remember Luc as one of the most active and engaged coxswains at Choate. He was one of the first to make me (a rower) appreciate the coxswain as a mental athlete who bound the boat together in common purpose.  I did not know him well after Choate, but I can imagine that, in similar fashion, he continued to bring together those in his family and community. I am so sorry for your loss. 

My heart goes out to Luc's family. May you find comfort in the fact that he made such a positive impact on all who knew him.  I truly believe that heaven needed another angel.  His kindness and good will live on through the lives he touched.

So saddened to hear of Luc's passing. We worked together for a few years and I remember him as always being upbeat and positive.

I met Luc very recently and was impressed by his outgoing and easy nature, and willingness to help in any capacity. He made an impression on everyone he met the evening we worked together. I was very saddened to hear of his death a few days later. I can only hope that the many positive memories so many of us have shared about Luc helps in some small way. He left many admirers who will remember him for a very long time. He will not be forgotten.

There are no words that I could express that could ever come close to touching your hearts in comfort. Luc was a wonderful volunteer at the "SpecialPop" swim at Choate.  That is how my daughter and him met. Our family loved Luc; his fun loving personality and infectious smile. We will cherish our memories of him and feel the loss with you. Our prayer is that your pain will diminish and your memories of a beautiful young man & the lives he has touched will heal you.

Luc was a new hire with HD Segur when I first was introduced to to him.  He was such a talented individual and will be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Luc for many years & he was an unforgettable force of energy that always left a smile on your face. He was a jokester, empathetic & kind to all who crossed his path. My deepest condolences to his family & may he now be at peace.

Luc was a business associate I met last year. Although I didn't know him well I was impressed with his sincere and caring manner and his enthusiasm for working with people. I am deeply saddened by his passing and extend my condolences to his friends and family. I will miss our "brainstorming" discussions.

I have fond memories of Luc from the Choate days. He was on the swim team, I was on the diving team, so I got to see a lot of his hilarious antics. Always the center of attention, Luc made people smile and the value of that cannot be over-expressed.

Luc was such a bright, thoughtful and caring person.  When we were at Choate, he came all the way to Yale New Haven Hospital to bring me flowers when I had my appendix out, even though we didn't know each other very well.  I'm thinking of Luc's family and so very sorry for your loss.

My condolences to Luc's family.  I knew Luc through his career from when he started as an intern.  He will be greatly missed, he was bright, talented and made friends through he met.  May he rest in peace.

My daughter and I have lots of great memories of Luc. He was a kind and gentle soul. I am grateful to have known him for a long time. I don't have words to express my sadness.

My heart is broken, and I am truly overwhelmed to hear of Luc's passing. My prayers remain with his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. Though it hurts, I am flooded with so many fond memories of our early years at Choate. I remember the armor in your room (and you scaring me with it), the fun rides through Wallingford in my car, too many things to list. So many memories that bring laughter and tears. I have met many people in my line of work and walk in life..and few stand out as much as Luc. He always, always brought an immediate smile and laughter the times we sat and chatted. Truly he was a special kind heart and soul. He will be greatly missed. I'm thankful to have known him a little and saddened he is no longer here. I am so very sorry for his family, co-workers and friends.

Life is -so very precious-so sorry for your loss. We pray that you will feel God's love during these most difficult days.

Luc was actually one of my first friends at Choate. As a new student, he was immediately warm, open, and kind to me. That's the kind of guy he was -- no judgement, and always generous with his empathy for friends. I will always have that 17 year old, kind soul in my mind when I think of him, and he will always be in my heart. 

So incredibly sad.   My deepest condolences to the family and all loved ones at this time in the loss of such a wonderful young man.

Luc was an exceptional young man. His kind, respectful manner to everyone he met was truly unique. It was my privilege to get to know him over the last year. We feel truly blessed to have known Luc.  He took time out of his busy life to teach Anthony how to perfect his swim strokes.  He had a light about him, so kind and giving.  This loss makes no sense but he is an angel now.  So very, very sorry.

It is not supposed to be this way... a parent should not be burying their son. As you know life is a mystery and so we never truly understand why... but know this: that God the father, Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit are with your son. We unfortunately never met your son but he must have been an amazing man because he has an amazing mom! To Luc's family, we are so very sorry for your unbelievable loss. All who knew him are devastated to have to say goodbye to Luc so soon, but we are so thankful to have been touched by his contagious smile, his brilliant mind, and his huge heart. As a former coach and friend of Luc, all of us at CCAT swimming club and Choate are devestated by the loss of Luc.  Not long ago he volunteered to help coach our beginners group and he was absolutely adored by the kids he worked with.  Luc had such a radiant and kind soul, and he never held back sharing his  concern and kindness to others.  My heart breaks...no words can I think of to say to his family and friends to offer comfort right now., .except Luc made a difference being in our lives.
