Robert Fletcher was born June 26, 1931, to Alice Walker and Cornelius Fletcher
in Macon, Georgia. He was the brother of Ruth Hansford, Evelyn Hanford,
Tommie Weaver and Sunny Ross.
He worked as a truck driver for Yellow Freight and Spector Trucking & Freight
Companies for several years. He earned the “Million Mile driver” award in 1969.
He was also proud to be a member of the African American Freemasons.
Robert retired from trucking industry in 1979, and started “Four Seasons
Enterprises”, a successful landscaping, paving and waterproofing company.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, horse & dog races, traveling the world, and spending
time with family and friends. He was always kind to all who knew him and
well loved by his community.
He gained his wings on July 18, 2024.
Robert leaves behind his wife, Rhonda Yvette (Swain) Fletcher.
Daughters: Mary Hodges-Edwards, Donnella Arrow, and Rhonda D. Fletcher.

Perkins. Great-Grandsons: Antaun Teasley II (deceased), Kevin Hill, Aki’ Teasley, and Dayton
Hughley.
