Richard was born July 15, 1945 in Cleveland, the son of the late Stella (Kazmarowski) Pawlowski and Richard Robert Pawlowski Sr. He is the beloved husband of 57 years to Kathleen (Bluhm) Pawlowski. Cherished father to Rich (Victoria, deceased)Pawlowski III, Regina (Michael) Boyle and Suzette(Brent) Johnson. Loving grandfather to Ashley Pawlowski, Richard Pawlowski IV (Marna), Suzette and Brent Johnson. Great grandfather to Rose, Aria and Carter. Companion to his cat, Jewels.
Richard served in the US Army during Vietnam, from 1965 to 1967 and was an Executive Chef. After he was honorably discharged from the Army, Rich was a baker for Millbrook Bread, as well as owning The Playpen in Cleveland. He loved sports, specifically playing baseball in The Teamsters Union 507 league.
Richard was a genuinely happy person, with a positive outlook on life. He was a people person and a jack of all trades.
Rich will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
The Pawlowski family will welcome friends for a visitation on Monday March 7th, 2022 from 3-7 pm at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave Cleveland, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 8th, 2022 at 11 am. Interment with US Army Military Honors will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, Ohio 44273, at 1 pm.
