Devoted wife of Guy LaGuardia (deceased). Beloved mother of James (deceased), Guy (Danette), Jean (Erich) Gretzinger, Dirty Dan and John. Loving grandmother of Dan (Amanda), Ben (Shaina), Tony, Josh (Mom Annie), Sean (Maggie), Traci (Scott) and Melissa. Dearest great grandmother of McKenzie, Jadyn and Isla. Cherished sister of Pete (Rose) Zitiello and our Vietnam War Hero Ronnie Zitiello (Deceased 1966 in Vietnam).

Patsy had a huge fan club. No matter where she went, she loved them and they loved her. She was 'Mom' to many people over the years. Ours was the go-to house in the neighborhood because of Mom and Dad's kindness. Mom had many dear cousins and friends; our family treasures how you loved and cared for her. We will miss you Mom and already do.
