Mildred Diaz, age 49, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on Tuesday December 31, 2019. Dearly beloved wife of Luis Sr.. Loving mother of Luis Jr., Anthony, Shabellie and Johnny Boy. Dearest grandmother of Kai. Dear sister of 6.

A visitation for Mildred will be held Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44102. A funeral services will be Monday, January 6, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home. Burial at Riverside Cemetery Cleveland Ohio.
