Linda Merryle Howard

children, was born of the union of Willie Germany Davis and Alberta

Barkley Davis.

On July 10, 2020, Linda departed this life and is now resting with our Lord

and Savior, Jesus Christ.

On January 26, 1979, Linda (Wendii) was joined in holy matrimony to

Brady Howard, Jr. This blessed union produced two children: Erin Michelle

Howard and Daniel John Howard.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Wendii graduated from Cleveland Public

Schools, and earned her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from

Malone University, Canton, Ohio in 1972. Wendii began her career with

the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Wendii was a gifted singer and sang for her church. She was a guest soloist

at other churches, at weddings, support groups, schools and participated at

many Breast Cancer Awareness activities as a guest singer. Wendii was also

an exceptional photographer and artist. She loved to draw and loved taking

pictures. She enjoyed being out in nature - seeing and listening to the birds,

fishing, and traveling to California. She was an avid sports fan, especially for

her hometown professional football and baseball teams --- faithfully going

to their training camps for many years.

One thing for certain about Wendii: She loved the Lord and she loved her

family, especially her grandchildren, and she loved to sing about GOD’S

GOODNESS!

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Willie Germany Davis,

and Alberta Barkley Davis, and brother William Allyn Davis. Left with

cherished memories are her husband Brady, daughter Erin Michelle, son

Daniel John, grandchildren Chayse Camille and Charles Allyn, her sister

Karyn Davis-Reid of Maryland, her brother Jeffrey Davis (Doris) of Ohio,

her sister Andrea Lott (Martin) of California, Aunt Margaret Barkley of

Maryland, nieces and nephews Joy Davis Taylor (Michael) of Maryland,

Rasean Davis (Cha-Loe) of Illinois, Chayse Davis of Maryland, Amanda

Lockhart Davis (Clarence) of Virginia, Jonathan Lott (Mellissa) of

California, Justin Lott of Oregon, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and
