He was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Miguel and Leonor Santiago Caraballo. Julio is the husband of Linda (nee Kowalewski); beloved father of Natasha Gooch and Joshua Santiago; cherished grandfather of Jaden McKenzie Harris; dear brother of Maria Santiago Colon and the late Martha Caraballo, Olga Demars, Miguel Santiago and Milta Torres; adored uncle of many.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother, who will be dearly missed and remembered for his beautiful smile and love of fishing.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10AM at La Sagrada Familia 7719 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland.
In lieu of flowers or food, family prefers you to purchase a tree and plant it in Julio's memory. Any food donations will be donated to a local homeless shelter.
